A Message from Peter Mullen

As a partner to you and your business, we continue to closely monitor the impacts of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we strive to ensure the health and safety of our collective employees, clients and communities.

The health and well-being of our employees, clients, and communities around the globe continue to be our top priority, and remain at the forefront of the decisions we make. With more cases appearing globally and concern growing daily, we wanted to provide an update on our operations as well as share information that can help you navigate through the current uncertainty.

Artex has robust business continuity plans across all its businesses and locations. We remain agile with the ever-evolving situation and doing our part to flatten the curve.  We know that you will need Artex to support you, your businesses, and your customers, and we will be there. No matter what city, state or island our 500+ people call home, Artex is here to help you manage through this crisis. All of our employees are working from home, but it’s business as usual. We are utilizing virtual meeting tools and will continue to be available to you and your business via phone, email and online wherever needed.

Despite these operational changes, our purpose remains the same. Artex is committed to delivering the insurance, risk management and consulting support you need.

Artex’s parent company Gallagher has developed a Pandemic Preparedness site you may find helpful, including links to resources, advice on insurance coverages, planning for contingencies, communicating with your employees, and employee benefits and HR policy guidance.

As leaders in the risk management business, both Artex and Gallagher remain fully committed to supporting you and your company through these challenging times. We will share periodic updates about our operational decisions as the situation continues to unfold.

Thank you for trusting us with your business, and please reach out to your Artex team with any questions.
