Work/life balance is a prime focus in our Guernsey office. With this in mind we offer a mix of home and office working together with extended core working hours, the autonomy to 'dress for your day' and the option to purchase additional annual leave.

A full CSR program, including charity support voted for by our staff, means that employees are able to support good causes through a variety of initiatives.

We are also lucky enough to have an active Sport and Social calendar of events including an annual ‘away from the office day’.

In terms of training, the Artex Development Scheme provides training focused on the core competencies at various levels including support for professional development, technical expertise, soft skills and system knowledge.
