2026 RISE Awards 35 Under 35: Nich Wiener

Artex is proud to celebrate Nich Wiener, vice president, Group Captive Financial Management, on being named to the 2026 RISE Awards "35 Under 35."

Nich joined Artex in 2021, stepping into a completely new field. From day one, he embraced this challenge with a clear goal: to develop his leadership skills and make a meaningful impact.

A defining moment in Nich's career was his role as a key team member on a startup group captive launched by Artex in late 2025. He advised clients on finance-related matters throughout the feasibility, formation and startup stages. Remarkably, the captive was launched within just 90 days. Despite the tight timeline and unique challenges, Nich and his team successfully prioritized deliverables, collaborated with service providers and delivered an exceptional solution to the client.

Driven by his competitive nature and passion for excellence, Nich is constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve, using the resources at his disposal to deliver the best possible outcomes. Teamwork and positivity are at the heart of his approach, and his "one team, one dream" mindset has been a driving force behind his goals.
