Paul Eaton
Chief Executive Officer, EMEA

Captive Review reported: Eaton is one of the most influential figures in Guernsey's captive market, and a leader in Artex's expanding global platform. Appointed EMEA CEO in 2023 after holding a range of roles in 22 years at the firm, he holds leadership influence at one of the world's largest captive managers, shaping strategy across talent, organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and operational efficiency throughout Artex's international operations, spanning Guernsey, Gibraltar, Malta, London and Singapore.
The establishment of a joint Artex / Gallagher venture in Abu Dhabi to build out alternative risk and captive management services for the Middle East and Africa took a step forward this year with Hassan Ashtari appointed to lead and expand that operation. Successful growth in this region can further boost Eaton's influence in coming years.
