Jennifer has more than 40 years of insurance experience. From her days as a successful retail producer and manager to co-founder of Artex in 1997, Jennifer has helped facilitate the expansion of alternative risk management solutions within Gallagher. In 2025, Jennifer assumed the role of chairman, Specialty Americas, working closely with Artex and Gallagher leadership to perpetuate our culture and mentor future leaders.
