Previously, Todd served as CEO of Risk International, where he led the company's commercial activities, drove sales and marketing initiatives, and provided strategic vision and guidance. His tenure included developing long-term goals and expanding the organization's service offerings.
Before his time at Risk International, Todd spent 15 years at Oswald Companies, advancing to the role of senior vice president and managing director of the Columbus, Ohio location. There, he managed risk management and benefits services, honing his skills in navigating today's intricate risk landscape.
Todd's dedication to delivering exceptional results and his ability to navigate complex challenges make him a recognized leader in the risk and benefits landscape. He holds a BA in education from Miami University in Ohio and was recognized as a Risk and Insurance® Power Broker in 2013.
