Artex is delighted to share that two of its senior leaders have earned spots on Captive Review's prestigious 2025 Power 50 List. This notable recognition highlights the strength of Artex's leadership and reinforces the company's dedication to delivering innovative solutions that help our clients find a better way.
The Honorees.
Suzanne Sadlier
Executive Vice President — Captive Management

Captive Review reported that Sadlier is one of the best-connected professionals in the fast-growing Cayman captive market, thanks to her seven years at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. Since joining one of Cayman's largest captive managers, Artex — with 88 international insurance companies under management as of 31 March 2025 — her influence in the market has only grown. She now sits in one of three key leadership positions with responsibility for captive management services, renewals, risk management services and client stewardship in the domiciles of Bermuda, Cayman, Hawaii, Vermont and South Carolina. As Artex seeks to grow its onshore presence, Sadlier is becoming an increasingly influential figure in both offshore and onshore markets, and was last year recognized by Captive International as an Influention Woman in Captive Insurance.

Paul Eaton
Chief Executive Officer, EMEA

Captive Review reported that Guernsey-based Eaton is a leading figure in Artex's growing global operation. As Artex EMEA chief executive officer, he serves on the executive leadership team, driving strategy for talent, organic growth, mergers and acquisitions and operation efficiency for Artex's international operations, including Guernsey, Gibraltar, Malta, London and Singapore. Eaton's influence has continued to grow in recent years with the expansion of Artex. In 2024, this expansion included launching an Abu Dhabi office to provide captive management and alternative risk management in the Middle East and Africa region. With acquisitive broker Gallagher as its parent, it's likely Artex's global operation will continue to grow in the coming years, and with it Eaton's influence.
